I have been a wedding photographer for almost 30 years, but my knowledge of
the craft has increased 100-fold in the last 5 years because of the seminars and
workshops I have been attending.
Well, the time has come to share what I have learned with other fellow
photographers from all over the world.
Sakis Batzalis, WPPI award-winning photographer in the wedding album category
(2012-3rd place), and I will be holding an intense, fun and educational 3-day
workshop in Philadelphia, PA.
We will be combining education with fun. We will offer you the opportunity for
day and night shooting, inside and outside shooting, while we will also give you the
chance to experiment with the use of ambient light, video light and flash. There will
be classes on posing the body and the hands, and also Lightroom and Photoshop
techniques. We will also be discussing SEO, facebook, as well as marketing and
presentation tips. Finally, we will show you how to easily produce an amazing same-
day slideshow.

10:00am-12:00pm: We will get into the classroom for a 2-hour keynote presentation
by both speakers
12pm-12:00pm: Break
12:30pm-2:30pm: Theory on the basics, understanding (seeing and finding) the light, posing (theory)
2:30pm-3:30pm: Lunch
3:30pm-till late: Critique of your images. Each participant may bring 5 of their fav
images and we will talk about them.
Sep 26th
Today is the fun day….SHOOTING !!!!
10:00am-2.00pm: Our gorgeous models, dressed as bride and groom, will be posing
for us. We will split into 2 different groups and we will start with indoor shooting.
Then we will swap groups, so each participant will have the opportunity to shoot
with both speakers and both models.
2:00pm-3:00pm: Lunch
3:00pm-8:00: We will continue shooting under different lighting conditions. We will
also talk about posing on location. You will be instructed by both speakers, since we
will swap again after a couple of hours of shooting.

10:00am-12:30pm: Lightroom Workflow
1:00pm-2:30pm: Photoshop techniques and tips
2:30pm-3:30pm: Lunch
3:30pm-4:30pm: Album design
4:30pm-6:00pm Marketing and same-day slideshow, SEO
END of Workshop and party time! 
The price for the 3-day workshop is $750 and includes the speakers’ fees, the
classroom and the models.
